Flu vaccinations are the most cost effective method of protecting your staff and business from the annual on-set of flu. In December 2008 a large proportion of the country was affected by the flu outbreak and this caused major problems for businesses who found themselves unable to cope with the workload and deal with their customers due to staff shortages.
On 1st July 2010 Dame Deirdre Hine, a former chief medical officer for Wales commenting on the 2009 swine flu outbreak said, "It is important that the experience of 2009 does not lead to complacency and the threat of a flu pandemic remains and the next one could be very serious"

Flu Vouchers
We appreciate that it's not always possible for your employees to attend an on-site vaccination clinic and therefore H&G Healthcare have developed the first national on line flu voucher scheme with over 1000 national pharmacy retail outlets and clinics to enable your employees to receive their flu vaccination in exchange for a voucher.
Retailers taking part in the scheme include Morrisons, Tesco, Lloyds Pharmacy, Superdrug and Co-op Pharmacies. Vouchers can be used in England and Wales and at selected Lloyds Pharmacy stores in Scotland and Northern Ireland and selected Morrisons stores in Scotland.

Nurse cost per hour £35* based on 15 vaccines per hour.
*Please note there is a minimum charge of £59 for the nurse per site if you have 15 vaccines or less.
