New On-Line Questionnaires Launched

H&G Healthcare have today launched their on-line questionnaires. This new and unique service allows customers and account holders to both purchase and complete on-line questionnaires for both new-employee, medical referrals and night worker health assessments.

Says Peter Mills, Commercial Director,"I believe we are the first company to offer this type of service where both regular clients and 'one-off' customers can purchase through our on-line shop and then send a link to their employee which enables them to access the system and complete both new-employee or night worker health assessments on line". "This is something which we believe companies have been wanting for some time as it saves a considerable amount of time in both the HR Department, in processing the questionnaires and also from our point of view, which of course is reflected in our charges of only £12 per questionnaire"

H&G Healthcare have worked for the last 6 months with Zebra web design based in Newcastle to introduce a number of new on-line initiatives to the occupational health market. The uniqueness of the H&G Healthcare system is that it enables the client to up-load the potential employees job description so that when the employee completes the on-line questionnaire the up-loaded job description and questionnaire are married together through a unique coding system before being submitted to the occupational health team. The whole process is encrypted for security and H&G Healthcare have used the world leading Sage-Pay to handle the account payments.

Peter Mills says, "this is the first of what we hope will be a number of new initiatives in the way that occupational health is delivered to our clients, we have lots more exciting things to come" We aim to take occupational health into the 21st Century and revolutionise the way things are done"
