Noise in the workplace has been a problem for hundreds of years but it is only within the last 20 years that people have attached the importance of regular hearing checks for their workforce as being the best way to spot potential problems.
 

Health and safety law has now made it mandatory for people working in noisy surroundings to be given ear defenders to help combat the problem, but some people still don't wear them when they should and by the time you realise their is a problem it could be too late.

Hearing loss can develop over a long period of time and with the ever increasing noisy environment its never to late to protect your hearing, whether it be in the factory or in a night club.
