H&G Healthcare offers a variety of pre-employment screening ranging from our on-line questionnaire through to full medicals for specific industries.
When you decide to employ a new member of the team you need to be sure that they are fit to do the job and that there is no nasty health surprise waiting for you down the line.

Initially we offer assessment via either our on-line questionnaire or via the more standard paper based method; this will include assessing the individual’s answers in conjunction with their job description. The resulting answers may necessitate a follow-up telephone assessment by one of our OH nurse specialists or a referral to one of our OH doctors.

The pre-employment screening identifies:

  • If the candidate is fit for work
  • If the candidate is fit for work with restrictions
  • Reasonable adaptations that may be required to enable them to fulfil their job role
  • If they require further investigation or a full medical by our OH doctor
  • Any health risks that may be applicable to that particular role or individual
  • Base line screening if the individual is to be working with chemicals, noise or vibration

If you are a company who don’t feel that they need the use of a full occupational health service you can now access our new on-line pre-employment questionnaire. This will enable you to pay by credit/debit card for the service, which will then give you the opportunity to upload the job description to our server. At the end of the purchase process you will be emailed a password and link which you can then pass to your potential employee. They access the link, insert the password and they then have access to the questionnaire. Once completed it is then submitted electronically over our secure server where it is matched up with the previously uploaded job description and sent to our occupational health team.
